Cloyne diocese is located in the northern and eastern parts of County Cork. CDYS (Cloyne Diocesan Youth Services) has many projects and centres located primarily in Mallow, Cobh, Femoy, Midleton, Mitchelstown and Macroom.

Mallow Youth Ministry
Mallow Youth Ministry is funded by the parish of Mallow, with a particular emphasis on faith development.
St Aloysius Faith Camp is a summer faith camp for children aged 5 – 14 years of age.

The Pope John Paul II Award was created to commemorate the late Pope John Paul II who was so committed to young people and who had such belief and confidence in them.
Confirmation Retreats are offered to schools in the wider Mallow Area. This gives the young people a chance to explore confirmation in a different way.
Alpha Youth is designed to engage students in conversations about faith, life and Jesus.
Community Based Drugs Initiative
The Community Based Drugs Initiative is a Community based drugs initiative that engages with and supports individuals and families around issues to do with Drugs and Alcohol addiction. We also provide advise and support to Communities in raising awareness and practical support to people in need.
CDYS have Community Based Drugs Initiative bases in Mallow, Mitchelstown, Fermoy & Macroom.

Garda Youth Diversion Project
CDYS work in partnership with An Garda Siochana through the provision of Garda Youth Diversion projects. CDYS have Garda Youth Diversion Projects located in Mallow, Cobh, Charleville, Mitchelstown, Midleton & Fermoy.
CCA (Creative Community Alternative)
CDYS work with TUSLA to provide alternative responses to children and young people who are either on the edge of alternative care, or currently in alternative care due to complex factors that may include abuse, neglect, parental separation, attachment issues, alcohol and /or drug misuse, mental health and economic disadvantage. CCA is a tool for high level prevention work aimed at delivering wraparound supports for children and families within their own community.

Prevention Partnership & Family Support & Meitheal Project.
CDYS work in partnership with TUSLA. The aim of the project is to use Meitheal approach to help children where they may need the support of more than one service and also to provide family support. To find out more about this project please click on this link.
